HOUSES? APARTMENTS? We've got both! We handle all kinds of rentals: student, working person/family, commercial. About 50% of our business is non-student, 50% student.

If you’re looking for a good place by yourself or with your spouse/significant other, we’ve got good choices, reasonably priced. We have nice, clean, economical apartments, known for being quiet, comfortable, and reliable.

GRAD STUDENTS,  FACULTY MEMBERS, TRANSFERS, we've probably got what you're looking for: a place you don't have to match up with a roommate, a place that's affordable, reliable, convenient. Call and talk to us about your housing needs and concerns - that's the way we can best answer your questions and meet your housing requirements.

IF you're that Quiet Soul who wants to stay out of the wild and crazy stuff and have a place to call home, a place to come home to at night to study or relax or sleep, without roommate worries, to be done with people running the halls all night, you need to see our places.

We’re concerned about your references; be sure they’re good. In references, our first priority is your current or previous landlord, followed by your boss. Other character references may be acceptable also. We also do a criminal and civil background check using Judici. Finally, credit references and your overall stability may be a determining factor.

Prices for one person run from $250-500; we have a number of units for twosomes from $400 to $500 per apartment.
